The basics of artificial intelligence in relation to ISO/IEC 42001 and the AI Act
Program scope:
- 1. Introduction to AI: basic concepts, development trends
- 2. AI Act: requirements for high-risk systems, obligations of applicators
- 3. Generative AI: tool overview, legal risks, RAG technology
- 4. AI technologies: machine learning and its types, NLP, neural networks
- 5. Model life cycle: data preparation, model selection, metrics, implementation

- 7. Data Governance and the Role of Data in the “Data Driven” Transformation Process

Skills:

AI systems implementation specialist
Program scope:
- 1. Preparation for modeling: requirements analysis, computational resources, success criteria
- 2. Preliminary data analysis: benchmarks, data sources
- 3. Data modeling
- 4. Analysis of model quality and errors made
- 5. Model implementation: data validation, error monitoring, retraining, scalability
- 6. Model explainability: decision interpretation, XAI techniques
Skills:
- – Evaluation of models against ISO 42001 and AI Act standards.
- – Identifying and avoiding errors in the model development process
- – Managing data and documentation of experiments
- – Overseeing the implementation, monitoring and retraining of models
- – Applying explainability techniques and assessing the transparency of model performance
Specialist level
- – For those responsible for implementing and overseeing AI systems
- – Training for business, IT, compliance and project management teams.
- – Completed with a certificate from TÜV NORD. ISO/IEC 42001 compliance.
